The Tomball Community Library, 30555 Tomball Parkway has planned the following events for January:

Craft Time will be at 4:30 p.m. on Jan. 3. Children will have the opportunity to create a box puppet. Registration is required and can be completed by calling (832) 559-4235. Spots are limited to 20 children in second to sixth grade.

The Pokemon League will meet at 1:30 p.m. on Jan. 9, Jan.23, and Jan. 30, and 6 p.m. on Jan. 7, Jan. 14, Jan. 21, and Jan. 28. Kids can learn about and play with Pokemon trading cards. All ages are welcome to the event.

Pre-school Story Time will meet Thursdays beginning January 5 at 10:30am. Stories, songs, and fingerplays will be presented for children ages 3 to 5 years.

Spanish Pre-school Story Time will meet Thursdays beginning January 5 at 6:30pm. Stories, songs, and fingerplays will be presented in Spanish for children ages 3 to 5 years.
